I thought because some of their tails are curvy maybe they were roosters...and the one that look like yours is so thin looking but she is the youngest. Also I have another one like her but she is lighter in color and is always jumping on my shoulders when i squat down or whatever and i was thinking maybe she is a he!!!
I would say they are about the same age as mine...16 weeks
I will be putting out oyster shell for mine as soon as I see the first egg...I have 3 younger ones, this way its easier for me to feed.
I don't have any Wyandottes but I do believe that is what you have, maybe someone will correct me..you should have eggs in a couple weeks!
** one of my roosters, see the feathers coming off his lower neck, hackle feathers, and around the tail area, large upright tail, fluff at the bottom and the saddle feathers, sort of fold down along his sides....
** I don't see any of these feathers on your girls....
I have 2 chickens, one a Rhode Island Red and the other the lighter BSL, that run up to me all the time and want to be picked up.
You have a dominant hen in the flock, she may be the one who loves you so much!
I am looking at your brown ones, thinking something Partridge now...maybe not BSL....I hope someone else can help out, I am pretty positive about the rest of the breeds
**Maybe Partridge Plymouth Rock? Yes I do think so..what do you think?
