Hens that never lay?

I have a hen that I thought never layed. She is over a year old. Just yesterday, we saw her just kinda squat while she was eating and out came a double yolker with no shell!! The other chickens around her ran over and ate it right up. Today same thing. So weird...

I have two hens that have not layed so far they are approximatly 8mths old. I've nearly given up waiting for them to lay. They are both bantams one is a buff cochin and the other is a mixed breed

I have a hen that is a few years old and has never once laid an egg. I love her anyway!
