The interior living space is approximately 3 feet x 2 feet. The footprint of the entire structure is about 4 feet x 3 feet. I wish I could tell you the brand name of it, but I don't know. I bought them from the feed store and they assembled them for me.
The one thing that I would change about them is that the nest boxes are at the same height as the roosts inside. So they do a lot of sleeping in the nest boxes. I have dishpans that I remove each night with shavings in them and a fake egg. That is what they lay in.
Inside the coops are floorboards that are about 1 inch wide with spaces so I can hose off the poo.
I just hose them out every week, no shavings inside (except inside the dish pans).
Today, I did put some blocks of wood under each corner to get the wood off the ground- it is not treated and I knew it would rot in just a few years.
Also- just thought of another thing I would change about them- the 4 handles that you are supposed to use to move it like a chicken tractor are located so that one person has the nest boxes in the way as they try to grasp the 2 handles. They should be oriented the other way.
