I'm sorry about your chickens, but that is a beautiful animal! I'm sure it wouldn't look so lovely if it were still alive and stalking MY birds, though.

Here's the kicker... the world works in mysterious ways. My daughter... who is not 11 yet... normally would have gone in to that barn. She has her tonsils and adenoids out yesterday, so hubby was doing her chores for her. I do not think she would have been so savvy as to look UP when the feathers were lying all over the floor. The cat was on TOP of the wood pile. She has barn cats, and any noise would have sent her towards that big cat, thinking it was the kitties. Beautiful or not, stay outta my barn.
