Here We GO!! 6 Babies *All done*

bigmike&nan :

Congratulations !!

My wife and I were so tickled to see your photos. We had read other threads you participated in regarding the Brinsea 20 ECO and it was so cool when we realized we'll see ours hatching. Our ECO will be here Wednesday. Our asst. bantam frizzle cochin eggs got here yesterday. We can't wait...

Thanks for posting the pics. They are incredibly adorable.

Thanks, I'm really glad you are enjoying the pics.
This is my second hatch in the Brinsea and I love it. I dont' worry about the incubator being stable at all!!! You are going to love yours. Good luck wiht the little bantam frizzle cochins and of course, we want to see PICS!

Holding at 6 babies so far. 2 are still wet in the incubator. 1 is a cockerel, one is probably a pullet, will hopefully know when she dries out.

The 4 dry ones have 1 cockerel, 2 for sure pullets and the one below. What do you think?

Here is a pic of chick #2 I think she is a pullet but am not sure. Anyone good at color sexing Golden Cuckoo Marans want to tell me?

Are you tired of pics yet? It's been so fun to watch them hatch and take pics of them. It's helped me not open the incubator!

I have no eggs pipping at the moment (4 left) so I scooped out babies 5 and 6 to put them in the brooder.

Here's a pic of baby #5 cockerel, right, and baby #6, left, a little pullet.

Beautiful chicks. Don't you just love the Brinsea Eco 20? It makes incubating hatching eggs a breeze. It does get a bit fuzzy in the incubator when they start hatching, doesn't it. Congratulations on your hatch.

I love this thread! Thanks for posting so many pics! I never tire of seeing other people pics! Keep posting! Your babies are adorable, congrats on the hatch!

OH man. Day 21 is drawing to a close and I have 4 eggs that have not hatched yet. I thought I heard a peep just now, as I was starting to lose hope, but it could have been the wheelmouse squeeking alittle.

Everyone cross your fingers and toes. Say a little pray, send good vibes, whatever works for you.

I have 4 more eggs of beauties and I would love for them to hatch........ 4 more little lives I want to meet
come on babies...

Here are the kids in their brooder snuggled up to the feather duster and each other. The two in the middle are both cockerels. I think the other 4 are pullets. They make my heart melt.

Hopefully there will be more pips later tonight and more hatching out tomorrow. Keep hope alive!

The Feather duster is a great Idea! I may try it next time! Does it work really well? How do the chicks act with it?

The little ones are so so cute! Congrats on the great hatch!
