that is a blk australorp, it was the most unique because it had more white on it's head

all the larger blk/wht are australorps, the other little ones (4) are bantam cochins

Silkies or chicks Kay? I have too many( roosters!!!!) for me right now and still hatching Trying to get together a nice flock. I have White, Paint, Partridge and Splash Showgirl Cockerels. Paint and Partridge hens ( yes just the two with all the boys!!!) I also have 4 not sure of sex 4 month olds and Nine 8-9 week old black , blue,white,blue partridge,splash. These will be the first hatched from my own Silkies.

silkies are so funny , i have only one rooster he is white and whatever hatches . gosh you have a good selection of colours . not sure what i think of the show girls ?? i have 5 polish as well , did have 6 one died today ?? it was 3 weeks old but i had it 2 wekks ?? dont know what really happened . i will have to give my roosters away if i have any more because of moaning neighbours , they like my silkie rooster at the minute so i dont want them to get upset by having to many

They are pretty funny.. it has taken me some time to "learn" to like them... I love the hens ... not as fond of the roosters though my boy is pretty cute... I will be selling off roosters in the spring or sooner. I just want a few showgirl hens from him and then he will go as will my paint rooster. I would like to get down to maybe 4 roosters. hard because my husband has one he wants to keep that i dont need lol! I love Polish but decided to concentrate on one breed.

my partridge is so pretty we will have to start a thread so we can put out pics on lol , i have 3 different breeds silkie polish and a bluebelle but have some sultan eggs on there way . i think you should have one or two breeds as you have to make sure your rooster isnt with the other breeds etc .

yeah movement but no pips as yet its hard to tell now as little chicky has been playing football with the un hatched egg so it has little hairs all over it and it kinda looks like little cracks
