Barred Rock cockerels/Roosters have a tendency of being human aggressive, so it's not their fault their that way. I haven't heard of a friendly one yet.He was a good boy and a bad boy. Attacked me everyday but protected his girls very well from predators. He killed a hawk once.

Sorry you lost her.My Barred Rock, Peepy McPeeperson! Sadly, Peepy was nabbed by a Red-tailed Hawk a few months ago. She was not show quality but she was so friendly and curious!
