Jerk Chicken was a fabulous friendly pet roo that went feet up one day when he was 7 or 8 months old for no apparent reason. DH felt him all over when he got home and found that our dear (but stupid) bird had tried to eat a HUGE rock....literally bit off more than he could chew, and choked to death. I feel your pain....who knew you could get so attached to chickens? in the end we were all so sad we needed more roos. Echo and Jerk are probably having a treat and scoping out the girls together.

SpottedCrow- we become attached because if we raise them from birth we become their mothers so you would feel down if you've lost your baby you raised from birth...

I've completed the video... going to upload it tomorrow night
