Welcome to BYC!
Only one fry pan? I thought those were supposed to be unsexed overstock. Oh well, guess different hatcheries do it different.

So here's my guess of what you have based on what you listed:

I accidentally labeled Ameraucana as EE (easter egger) because often times they're sold as mixed breed with the blue/green egg gene. Similar but not true Ameraucana. The buff color could be your fry pan... maybe a buff orpington, but if legs are feathered then maybe brahma?

It's a very pretty mix you chose! Do you plan to keep both cockerels or maybe just the nicest one? Or are they actually for the fry pan? I came across these great articles recently that might be interesting to you:
Selecting Good Flock Roosters
Pets VS. Livestock & Respectful Chicken Harvest

Best wishes!

Oh wow, you got the photo latger..yep, that little chipmunk sure looks to be an EE or OE!! I was also thinking blue saphires but we don't get those much in our feed stores. Get a lot of blue EE or OE'S though. Cute chicks. Oh, and that buff could actually be a light Sexlink. Oh boy, lots of eggs on the way.

Ooahh... not fair that your feed stores have blue EE and OEs!!! That's what I want! Or white ones... my stores always have only brown or gold chipmunks (they're still pretty though).

yeah, I finally figured out how to make a picture bigger! Those little pics that aren't posted as thumbnail or full-size won't allow me to download or even zoom in. But if you "control click" on it and choose "open in new window" then you can zoom in and take a screen shot, edit and re-upload it. Phew, still figuring out how to use this site.
