Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. A lot of us were lurkers before joining. If you want your breeds identified, just post some close up pics of them showing heads and tails on our What Breed or Gender is This? section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this and I'm sure our experts there can ID them for you. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock. We have 28 chickens right now. We had been wanting to get a few chickens but hubby is military so we had been dragging our feet a bit about it. Then they kind of fell into our laps! There was a family looking to get rid of their whole flock and coop because they couldn't afford them anymore. So we snagged our opportunity and have loved every minute! We have some older ones -- almost 4 years. We also have several younger ones -- about 6 months or so. We are hoping to get some help on here figuring out their breeds and whether we might have a few roosters lurking around in there!
