Hey GG,

Shock collar comes to mind!

I was thinking of of making a tractor out of PVC for meat chickens ... if I let my birds range it will be the last hour before dark under my supervision ... otherwise, it's the run and coop.

I would LOVE to see pics of your tractor, tho!!! Please post!

I have thought about that! I had a little sticker shock

when I checked the price of the collars! I may recover from the expense of building the coop and then invest in a collar...I may look for a used one in the meantime.

A quick brooder I threw together for my last 9 birds .... this was made out of 2 ripped 2x4s ...the top hinges open and this is going in the coop for all to get to know eachother ....
