Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

The enchiladas on Saturday turned out good. Ended up cooking to pans off them so eating the leftovers for lunch now.

Yestersay we are out with my sister and her family at Texas Road House. It was uncomfortably packed. Every table was full. Since we had a group of 8 we were lucky to get put into a corner at last which gave us a little distance, but not much.

Tonight will be turkey thighs, or at least that is what I think DW pulled it and has in a bowl in the fridge.
 
Stuffed Biscuits. You make a meat & veggie filling with spices and little bit of gravy, spread it on rolled out biscuit dough, roll it up like you are making cinnamon rolls, cut 8 slices
By any other name it cut stromboli
