Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

The bread turned out okay today, thanks to your help! It is definitely edible this time, although a bit on the heavy side yet. It does have lots of flavor with all that whole food in there. How long do you usually bake yours and at what temperature?
450 bread I use the convection about 25 minutes should be
90 to 110 inside the loaf.
 
Prime rib roast, ham, potato casserole, corn pudding, green bean casserole and green beans - plain (for a few folks), pickled beets, Yorkshire puddings, chocolate merengue pie, bourbon chocolate pecan pie, candy cane punch
