Cooked a bit longer at a bit lower temperature - depending upon the deer.

thanks for the response......i'd cook it in a crock pot slow cooker, the deer would be (if I can find it) from Trader Joes either neck or shoulder

thank you for the feed back....the deer would be from Trader Joes and if i can find it the neck or shoulder cuts, its going in a crock pot slow cooker

Baked Ziti with Ricotta/Mozzarella roasted tomatoes Basil and Spinach, Dr Pepper, and an after dinner shot of Expresso to clear the palate....lol
