Dauphinois potatoes and duck liver n bacon. They don’t really go together but they’re in the fridge so they’re gonna go together regardless

Does duck liver really 'go' with anything? I must admit that I never got past the smell.

It goes with being half-price perfectly like chicken liver, it doesn’t seem to dry out too readily which is good for a stew.
