Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I'm doing much better now. The fever is gone but this cough just sux!

I've begun the process of taking over the food prep again. With this flu I just wasn't very hungry and had to force myself to eat and even then sometimes I just didn't.

Last night hubby picked up some stuff from Trader Joe's that I could just throw in the oven. Tonight I made a real dinner - Chicken Tetrazzini and salad. It's nice to actually like food again.

It's only 8:56am and I'm hungry for the chicken breasts. That sounds so good. I might just have to stop at the store tonight and get some cheese and spinach. Do you pound the chicken breasts? Are they cooked in a pan or the oven? Details please. I need to have a piece of toast right now my stomach is growling.

AKTomboy, that spaghetti casserole was great, better the second night heated up. Last night made up another dish, turned out pretty good too:

Placed boneless porkchops in bottom of large baking dish. Covered them w 8oz of shredded cheddar cheese. Mixed a can of french of onion soup w can of cream of celery soup together, poured over cheese/chops, covered that w box of stove top stuffing(prepared as directed first), baked for 45 minutes at 350. Yum.

Was going to make the chicken breast stuffed with feta and spinach. But then I noticed that it took an hour to cook and since it was 8:30pm and I was just starting dinner I decided to have it tonight.

So had salmon patties, tater tots and brussel sprouts.
