Tonight we're having an easy dinner since the kids are busy studying for finals and Mom has been doing lots of quizzing. I'm making Sloppy Joe's and Corn, and probably a salad, too.

Last night was Portabella Mushroom Burgers - one of our favorites, on homemade Hamburger buns, dressed with homegrown onions and wonderful homemade potato salad.

Guess it was a everything Homemade night!! YUM!
