Meatloaf, cheesy potatoes, peas and for dessert freshly baked raspberry pie a la mode. Yummy!

That sounds super, I should make that for dinner tomorrow night. Got all the ingredients in the house too!

We had sandwhiches for dinner with big slabs of tomato and onion from the garden! melon for desert, also from the garden.

This weekend it will be cornbread and a big old Dutch oven full of Hoppin' John!!

Hoppin' John is Black-eyed peas and rice. I like it made with fresh field peas much better than with dried peas. I'm shocked that it is eaten in Kansas! : )
