Oh, do it!! :clap The spaetzles last night were awesome. Fried them up a bit in butter and sprinkled some dried parsley. I had to substitute 1 T. mayo for sour cream in the Hungarian paprika sauce but it was actually really good anyway.

Tonight, Pa/Sourland is making Hungarian sweet and sour cabbage, potatoe and sauerkraut pierogies, and breaded maple pork loin slices.
