We had a big lunch out with friends so it's cereal for supper while watching American Idol!

Tonight I'm making a stuffed pork loin with butternut squash and egg noodles with gravy.

Last night I tried this...http://allrecipes.com/recipe/aussie-chicken/detail.aspx. used my own sweet/tangy mustard sauce and baked it in the cast iron I cooked it in, added onions to the shrooms and sautéed in wine--it was wonderful! Served with garlic cheddar breadsticks and coleslaw.

Tonight is bacon swiss shroom meatloaf, cheddar ranch mashed taters and cali mix veggies.

I ate pork loin sandwich on sourdough bread. Princess + son and his family went into NYC.

I looked that up along with your Wednesday night's dinner.

I make something along the lines of the Aussie chicken. I call it' Throw it on and see if they'll eat it.'
I may have to try the King Ranch chicken. Does anyone do it in a pastry shell, like a really savory pot pie?
