Tonight it will be a pork roast, roasted banana squash w/apples and cinnamon, and some pasta. This years hog is about ready for the freezer, so I gotta use up the rest of last years hog.

I'm having a long-awaited girl's night out tonight--dinner and Margaritas at a local Mexican place. It's been Friday with a vengance, so I'm literally counting the hours
