Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I made lasagne but the flour to make the bechamel sauce was more than past its use-by date. I had some gravy granules and mixed milk with a spoonful of the granules - it didn’t look right but nobody noticed :wee

Yesterday we roasted the duck we butchered about two weeks ago. It was delicious. We cooked a chicken (store bought) with it because we had company. I made homemade gravy with the drippings along with mashed potatoes, scratch-made biscuits, and roasted carrots.
The carcasses were used to make stock, some of which I used to make soup today. I also used the leftover meat and gravy and added carrots, potatoes, and celery. It was delicious.

Tonight I grilled seasoned pork tenderloin medallions and served them with mac and cheese, and a tomato/onion/pepper/garlic/summer squash ratatouille. I am going to be so sad when my tomatoes are all gone. We're expecting a hard freeze tonight so I picked 44 tomatoes. Hopefully they will gradually ripen for me.
