Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Son and family are here. Daughter and family are on their way. Lots of nibbles - dips, shrimp, cheese, brie, chips, etc. Later potato and sauerkraut pierogies, kielbasa and sauerkraut, baked ham. Lots of cookies and a birthday cake for DIL and grand daughter Jen.

DS is arriving tonight from Canada, with his girlfriend. She’s a veggie so I made a few light nibbles - including tzatziki, roasted red capsicum humus, guacamole and store bought samosas and some sausage rolls for DS.

Supper at daughter's tonight. She made turkey, ham, stuffing, and I brought sweet corn and mashed/maple butternut squash. Fun time.

Credit to them both - gin won the day for us all it’s almost 5am and I’m not the spring chicken I once was though tomorrow could be challenging

We are heading to S-I-L tomarrow after work. 2 1/2 hour drive and we will not be spending the night there. Good thing DH has vacation tomorrow from work, I will brobably be sleeping on the way home..

I am pressure cooking the bones from the rib roast to make beef soup!

Rosemary/balsamic pan fried chicken breasts, egg noodles with cottage cheese, and breaded/fried cauliflower florets.
