Tonight we had left over ham and scalloped potatoes with carrots and broccoli.

Bought a ham today at the Costco tonight is Nachos Mexican here in town only one still serving at all

Tonight is broiled salmon, tater tots and steamed beats

Tonight we're having left over pot roast, grated fried potato cakes and mashed maple syrup butternut squash.

We ended up with a one dish meal again .. Prepared the potatoes for the oven, asked the Son (He is 38 with us to the end to care for us).. what to do with the ham .. Decided to cut bite sized, put with the potato .. Then had peas recently what about carrots .. peeled and cut carrots added to casserole all in oven well mixed .. turned out Super good to our delight

Saturday - pizza and social distancing at out daughter's No, no hugging.
Sunday - open face roast beef sandwiches and green beans
Monday- fried flounder, sweet corn, baked potatoes
Tonight - 'Manwiches' and potato salad

Okay we did tri tip .. baby friend potatoes and beets..
The Tavern has reopened for take out so doing dam burgers tonight

Monday: leftover wings
Today: hotdogs - I've been working from home and trying to get yard work done so no time for anything fancy.
