Doing tri tip, gourd from the garden tator tots and bread pudding first time
making it made bread cubes awhile back popped them in a 350 oven 15 minutes lightly toasted
I’m going to cook one of the 14 spaghetti squashes from my garden tonight. I made red sauce a couple days ago so that should make the squash palatable. I really wish I liked it more.
It was a beautiful, warm evening, and I asked the Princess if she wanted to dine out. We went to an Italian restaurant that has set up a socially distanced outdoor eating pavilion. She had 3 cheese ravioli, and I had chicken francais with a side of angel hair/red sauce. It was good and a nice change of pace. Winter is coming, and I will not dine indoors.
