Well here are some pics from tonight. I grabbed them after we ate, so this is the leftovers really - except the pic of the meat on the smoker, that was 1 hour in when I decided to slice the pork shoulder in half to speed up cooking time because I didn't have 12 hours. It still took 7, but that was in time for dinner and I think it was done sooner but it doesn't hurt to cook it longer as it was wrapped in foil by then so it stayed moist.

Greens - kale and brussels leaves stewed with onion and garlic and some smoked turkey left over from yesterday
The left over ear of corn. This comes from a local farm who has a farm stand walking distance from home. It's delicious and quite large.
