Same here, something hamburger....

They are doing good, thanks for asking. Alyssa I think, was never actually sick, just wanting out of school. lol Caydence has the cough that means the congestion is trying to come out. bleh... lol

Will probably do some version of shepherd's pie, easy on sore throats, fills ya up, keeps ya warm (got a cool breeze blowing today) and best part of all.. its quick to make! lol I love fast fixing food!

Shepards Pie sounds good too. DS requested Burrittos so I have the burger frying now. Not sure that my 2 yr old nephew is going to like that, but I bought extra "kid" stuff if he doesn't . I will cook some rice too, the 10 mo can have that.

Goodness, you have the wonderful mix of ages in your house.. One that wants burritos, one that wants, but has trouble eating tortillas, spices, etc. And the ever present, well it doesnt matter what you want, what you CAN have is.. pudding. lol
Hot dog cut in quarters will work for the two little ones..

Hi everyone. I hope you are all having a great weekend.

We are having a simple dinner of salmon patties and tossed salad. Maybe some fries on the side.

Been busy playing chicken trader.. traded 10 tween-sized chicks, 4 bantams, and 4 quail for... tada! 27 adult silkies! not sure if that's still a great deal or not.. they are silkies after all...
So dinner has changed, to hotdogs and fries. lol

Wow, it actually reached 32 degrees here today...what a heat wave, it feels balmy, so...a big thick sirloin is on the grill right now. Baked potato, salad, and a big old fashion!
