Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I'm not usually a big pasta eater, but I keep going back to sour's manicotti and thinking that sounds good!

Last night was pan fried pork chops with a mustard cream pan sauce, garlic ranch mashed taters and green bean casserole.

Tonight was supposed to be a peanut chicken recipe, but I don't have any boneless chicken I can put my hands on right off. So I'm defrosting bone-in thighs and we'll see what they transform into.

I love chicken thighs, too! Well, those made it in the crockpot, but I flat ran out of steam today. It's the end of the semester and The Locusts were all kind of stressed from finals, so we defaulted to Papa Murphy's for dinner. Chicken will become dinner another night, or lunch sometime this weekend. There's no school tomorrow, so that's an extra meal to plan for.

I love papa murphy's. The only way I go though is the chicken artichoke white sauce stuffed pizza.
Their other meats remind me of kibble or something.

Not what we had for supper tonight, but you can bet we'll have them in the future! Kenny and Katie made Meatloaf Cupcakes. Made up the meatloaf, put it into muffin tins and baked them. When they were done, he took them out of the muffin tins and let them drain for a few minutes. Then they piped mashed potatoes on top and sprinkled crumbled bacon on top. He had a couple left over so he brought them over for Ken and me to try. They were amazing!
