Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Last night was cumin, coriander, and herb crusted pork tenderloin, seared hard and then put in the oven. Served with hashed brussel sprouts with lemon and mustard seed. Made hubs mashed potatoes (I'm off carbs as much as possible) and I had some leftover cauliflower fried 'rice'.

Gonna slice some smoked sausage, cut up some taters, green peppers, yellow squash, small zucchini, and onions, drizzle with a little olive oil, season with NO salt (hate that part) but lots of herb and garlic Mrs. Dash, and pop it into a hot oven for 35 minutes. Yum!!

Sounds good!

You get some salt from the Sausage?

Popcorn was great last night!

tonight will be split pea soup and ham hock. I don't know how but we wound up with a ton of smoked ham hocks from our two pigs
