I made a prime rib. Yes I did, and it was amazing!!! I'm so proud of me! The crust was savory and salty and crunchy....the inside perfectly medium rare (with the end cuts a little more done for Ken, since that's the way he likes them). I also made baked potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus wasn't fantastic...more like adequate...but it's not in season and although I did kinda sorta peel the tough stuff off the stalks it didn't help much!
