Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Yep. Gotta do something fast - otherwise I'll be buying my formal for Wyoming's Grand Lodge next month at Cody Tent and Awning Company. Right now I'm taller laying down than I am standing up. <Sigh>

So how was it?

Actually I kinda like it. Put the powder, the milk and a couple of ice cubes in the little blender and it comes out like a thick milkshake - all cold and frothy!! Switch up the program though....I do one for breakfast, eat our main meal about 2, then have one around 7. Ken and I have eaten our main meals between 2-3 for years now. We both sleep better when we do that rather than eat a big dinner in the evenings.

I'm glad you enjoy them.

I was brought up eating breakfast, then a big dinner at noon, then a light supper in the evening. When I visit my Mother I have to adjust back to that.

I have read that that is the healthiest way to eat - it makes sence too. How much exercise do we get after eating our last meal to burn that food off? it just gets stored as energy for later.
