Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

BBQ Steak, baked potatoes and green beans tonight!

I froze sweet corn today - it is impossible to buy GOOD frozen corn. Think that 20 pints will get us through the winter ?

Tonight we'll have strip steak on the grill, sweet corn, broccoli, spaghetti squash and all that prefaced by a Bibb lettuce/heirloom tomato/mozzarella/balsamic vinaigrette salad. I have two plants that are still ripening fruit. I'll be sad when they are finished.

Tonight I made Chicken Caprese, broccoli, spaghetti squash, scalloped potatoes and of course the requisite salad.

I made chicken tikka Masala with rice, broccoli and Naan Bread

Last night we had stuffed cabbage, with leftover spaghetti squash and scalloped potatoes.

Yesterday I made a pot of beef paprikas and allowed it to age overnight. Tonight we will eat that along with sweet/sour red cabbage and dumplings.

Once again we have propane. :yesss:

Steak on the grill, broccoli, sweet corn, pierogies with fried onions.

Last night we had: Bacon Cheddar Sourdough Muffins for an appetizer, with Elk Sandwiches for an entree and Scotcheroo's for desert.
Sounds Awesome!

Tonight I made pan fried pork chops with pan gravy, baked sweet potato, broccoli, and sweet corn.
