Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Yesterday we picked up a big bag of spinach so right now I am making creamed spinach (some to freeze too) which we will have with beef stroganoff with noodles, and mashed butternut squash with maple syrup.
That must have been one heck of a heavy bag of spinach if you both had to pick it up :eek:
 
Tonight I made baked breaded flounder filets, baked sweet potatoes, green beans and baked cauliflower (leftover from last night's meal at Longhorn Steak House).
Sounds like a nice dinner!
