Tonight I am making baked breaded lemon/pepper flounder fillets, baked butternut squash and leftover mac and cheese. Maybe the Princess will concoct a Caesar salad ?
 
We had to go up to Billings today, so we ate a late lunch which will double as supper, too. He had a half rack of Baby Back ribs and the trimmings. I had catfish fingers and about half a little serving of tater salad. Taters are an absolute no-no, but I didn’t salt it and didn’t eat it all, so I’m counting it as my “splurge” day. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
