Shakshuka and lentils.
Shakshuka is a dish of eggs poached in tomato sauce. It is typically spicy, but I hold off on the spice so DS can eat it too. I flavor the dish with onion, garlic, paprika and herbs (Italian seasoning today).

Beef stew on Saturday night, and chili last night. Leftovers for lunches, lol.

I wanted spaghetti last night, DH voted for Chili, so I will have spaghetti tonight. DH can have a Reuben sandwich if he prefers. (I am making a bunch of Reubens for lunches during the week.)
