Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We are so spoiled by the meat we buy at Costco quality is in the bag .. Well not so easy to just say we will eat out now .. We have one choice where we live ... Buy produce at local grocery love their produce .. Made the mistake of buying tri tip ... what we usually have melts in your mouth this really did not .,. Had cauliflower and seasoned potato wedges

I found Costco's prices were high on meat. Rarely bought meat there for just that reason.
 
I am roasting a chicken to be served with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and of course gravy.

I know 'Shame on Me' this was a Purdue oven ready roaster that the Princess picked up last time out. I have to say it was outstandingly flavorful, and my stuffing always is good. We'll be repeating this as leftovers day after tomorrow, and luncheon sandwiches for sure. :drool
