Tonight I'll heat up leftover meatloaf and scalloped potatoes and add some green beans.

Have some green beans fesh from a chicken friend so will have chicken in the air fryer little baking powder in flour makes nice and crisp fried potatoes will round it out

Well not quite stir fry but putting bacon in .. darn maybe stir fry with rice not potato

I saute in little olive oil and some diced onion, salt, pepper. We like them a little crunchy

I am going to fry them like my olive oil also like all veggies a little life left grew up Ma cooked till dead
