Treating myself - had a rotisserie chicken delivered last night and I roasted cauliflower & made a salad. Also had a take & bake pizza delivered to eat today. I'm loving Instacart!

Make your own pizza taste yum put whatever you want on it
4 tsp of yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup hot water 110 or there
2 to 3 cups flour

Grandson's birthday today - 23 years old - not certain how that happened. My daughter and SIL have done a great job in raising their 3 children. They are fun people to be around. Anyway, I digress from the purpose of this thread. Tonight we ate plantains, mac and cheese, chicken, spareribs, yellow rice and peas - all provided by an Argentinian barbecue place. The Princess and I provided the birthday cake. It was a fun time.

Meatloaf here tonight have not figured out more so far have zucchini
so fried maybe french fries
