The Quicke was good yesterday.

Tonight is air fried pork chops

I stopped buying meat at Walmart because they seemed to have so many recalls on their fresh meat. Our local grocery store has high quality meat at decent prices, so I am happy.

Last night was Salmon with herbs, Roasted Yukon Gold and Sweet potatoes and Parmeson noodles.

we bought a beef cow and split it with a neighbor last spring, and did another 1/2 in Dec.; then a pig in Oct. only meat I buy is chicken

Oddly, event though Walmart will have the same Harris ranch choice beef, it is usually tough compared to the same product at a different store. The same thing happens with pork too.

Chicken picatta, sweet corn, had lots of noodles and pot cheese left over so I am going to try to fry it - we'll also have a salad of some sort.
