Gotten to the point with store meat and cost I buy all of ours at Costco repackage allot to our needs but the quality does not waver ...

Yesterday was pozole, flautas, and enchilladas. I didn't cook any of it though. My sister did all that cooking and we just ate and ate and ate.

Tonight we will have stuffed cabbage, green beans, mashed potatoes and a salad.

Has a heavy lunch so dinner will just be leftovers. We need to work on the leftovers anyway. The fridge is full.
