Chocolate water cookies and Dos Equis.

We are in the middle of a snow storm that's dumping a foot of snow on us, but I had an oil change appointment at the dealer 29 miles from home. It should have taken 40 min each way, but took 1.5 hr each way thanks to the weather conditions. I hot home at 7:15pm, spent 30 min shoveling and snow blowing and am now taking a much needed hot bath with cookies and beer.

Doing Meatloaf tonight got up so late today 10 am
throws off the whole day for me

DW use leftovers and some stock and vegetables to make a turkey shepherd pie. It was delicious.
