Chilie dogs here always all beef dogs I do a short wrap of dough on the dogs bake them 15 minutes .. less dough than traditional buns

Today I was in the mood to cook. Roasted a turkey (raised it ourselves and had it in the freezer since November). I stored it with homemade dressing. I also made a pot off bean stew with mayo coba beans, smoked sausage, chicken, onion, garlic and herbs. For a vegetable I made green beans sauteed with ground sausage, garlic and onion. Lastly, I made make potatoes with scratch gravy from turkey stock we previously made and had in the freezer.

Valentines dinner was some nice thick ribeyes, fresh cut fries, and green beans and bean stew from yesterday. Oh, and a Dos Equis.
