Salmon fillets, mashed tators and sweet peas.

Breaded/pan fried pork roast slices, mashed potato cakes, sweet and sour red cabbage and a Caesar salad.

I haven't been on this thread much this week. Here's what we had lately:

- Roasted turkey thighs, rice and salad
- Grilled Italian sausage served on buns with salad
- (takeout) froglegs with cheesy mashed potatoes for me and DS and gator po'boy with fried okra for DW
- hand battered chicken tenders and homemade chips

We have a Sonic here in Woodland.

I rarely go to any fast food place though. In and out burger and taco bell-- Twice to each during the pandemic

Yesterday was tacos (street style with all the fixings). I marinated skirt steak overnight in Pacifico beer, onion, garlic, cilantro and my mix of taco seasoning. I also made chicken fajitas. It was a big family dinner with my sister and parents coming by to join us.

Today is chicken stir fry over rice. I grabbed a pic today.
