Hardly ever buy Russet but great for fries ..
Going to do Kabobs maybe scalloped potato out of yukon golds. Seperate meat on kabobs with brussle sprouts maybe potato on it not scalloped still thinking

DW made a pork shoulder several days ago in the crock pot. That produced us three dinners: BBQ pulled pork, pork burrito bowls and pulled pork nachos. Yesterday the pork ran out out so we had grilled chicken legs and thighs with leftover Mexican rice (from the burrito bowls dinner) and sautéed broccoli. Today is up in the air at the moment. We will have to see what we decide on.
