There’s some spice in those though that just doesn’t belong. Possibly nutmeg?

It is odd but sometimes sweet spices are good in savory things.

Ginger is good in breakfast sausage which is odd to me!

Today: Hotdogs and something on the side that's TBD. I'm excited to open a jar of homemade sweet peppers in spicy tomato sauce to use as a condiment.

The sweet peppers canned in spicy tomato sauce were great. They made for a wonderful hot dog topping. They were a bit spicy, but not too hot. I need too get some Italian sausage to try with them next. Should be delicious.
