Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Pulled a bunch of meat from the turkey carcasses I've been roasting and turning into stock (packed and froze the major sections but this is backs and necks). I managed to fill a skillet to the brim. So I added some chipotle adobo sauce I made and canned months ago and turned the turkey scraps into tacos. They were delicious, and there's leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.
