Beets... Glad you like them. You can have them all. :gig I cannot stand beets. I've tried the roasted/baked, pickled, raw, in salad, you name it. I just do not like them. The taste like dirt to me. I'm tempted to give golden beets a try though. A friend says they are much sweeter and milder earthy notes. I don't think I'll like them though, but I'm willing to try them if I come across them.

I peel like a potato then steam them .. Did not care for the golden variety they where dirt to me :celebrate

If the goldens are dirt, then they're all dirt to me. The red and purple varieties are GROSS to me. I'm not too picky, but my taste buds say "That's dirt! Spit it out!".
