Okay major boo boo have eggs coming out our ears. Decided last night make breakfast for dinner with scrambled eggs and bacon, hashbrowns.

Okay major boo boo have eggs coming out our ears. Decided last night make breakfast for dinner with scrambled eggs and bacon, hashbrowns.

I wish... right now I have 0 eggs in the fridge. The ducks and hens are barely keeping up with our minimum needs with just 1 or 2 eggs per day. I am making waffles every other day for the kids (1 batch lasts 2 days) and I need 2 eggs each time. Any additional eggs are quickly used up in doughs, breading other food, or just as fried eggs.

I have a few dozen in the fridge 9 to 12 a day but girls are all different ages planned that. Come if you can I would give you some but heck of long trip @BReeder!

As the weather warms here we will get more than we need soon enough. It's just the cold weather and short days that's showing them down right now.

My corned beef sandwich and fried cabbage with carrots was delicious. Wish I had more actually, but that's the way with leftovers.

It was perfect! Pork roast was perfectly cooked, sauce was excellent, Kenny brought over his special potatoes, and we had corn too. Forgot to slice the homemade bread though. But we were enjoying each other’s company so much it just didn’t matter!
