I am doing the Hamburger steak tonight, tator tots and cauliflower.

Apparently I'll be making gravy. DW asked me to smother the turkey thighs.I might dreadge the meat and lightly fry it before smothering in gravy.

May make more gravy tonight make a rou with hamburger drippings nice change..

Baked breaded cod filets, French fries/onion rings, sweet corn, broccoli and coleslaw.

DW pulled out one of our plucked ducks. Might roast it or quarter it and do something else. Not sure yet...

We are doing chicken legs and party wings in the oven fries, beets will round out the dinner.
