Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I'm contemplating that. -never had gluten-free lasagna noodles. -have made lentil spaghetti noodles with various sauces, but never lasagna. Interesting!
The noodles I used are made from chick peas. They tasted better to me than the Jovial noodles made from brown rice.
